Communicate Authentically
Build Great Relationships
Be a Great Leader

You know that awful feeling you get when you have to
have an uncomfortable conversation?

You have to deliver bad news
to your boss, an employee or a customer.

Another leader is refusing to support your projects as they
have in the past, and your team’s success is at stake.

Are you avoiding uncomfortable conversations? Maybe you are
holding them, but you're not getting the results you want?

Imagine a future where your relationships are stronger and

uncomfortable conversations unlock the path to your success.

It’s not about surviving one uncomfortable conversation…

it’s about becoming the leader who steps into awkward

conversations with confidence, skills, and strategy and builds

better relationships in the process.

My Story

One uncomfortable conversation transformed my career. Although, I loved the people and the company I worked for, I hated my job. I wanted to ask for new opportunities, so I could move into a completely different role. I was worried about disappointing my boss, because I respected him and valued the relationship. I felt so vulnerable, so I kept putting off the conversation.

Thankfully, I was working with a coach who helped me build the skills and confidence to nurture some important relationships at work and hold the conversation with my boss.
Because of that conversation and the relationships I built, I got an opportunity to move into a new role that launched a whole new career, doing work I love.

Here is what I recognized - uncomfortable conversations represent an opportunity for change. They can close the gap between unrealized goals and results; for individuals, teams and organizations/communities. And, I learned that you can build even stronger relationships if you do it well.

I've been coaching leaders for years to develop the strategies, skills and tools to build better relationships so they CAN communicate in complex situations with confidence and get better results.
